She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Shauna Renae is my agent at Preferred Insurance. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. My prior policy with another company was complicated due to unusual moving dates. She joined me on the call to the previous agent to help make things clear. She was very patient, kind and respectful as I am older and struggled with this all.
