For over 20 years we had our numerous business and personal policies serviced by a small independent agency that merged with Preferred Insurance, Fairfax, VA about a year and a half ago. Initially, we had a few doubts and reservations about the quality of service we would receive from a much larger agency compared to the attentive and proficient care we enjoyed previously. Well those lingering doubts and concerns were recently expunged by the exemplary actions and conduct of Noah Lerner as he adroitly helped navigate a recent issue that arose; which was heading towards certain cancellation of one of our major policies; due to circumstances beyond our control. When I reached out to Preferred I was directed to Noah. After explaining our dilemma and expressing our utmost desire to reach a resolution that allowed us to maintain our coverage he said he would look into it and get back to us. In short order, he spoke directly with the provider and was successful in retaining our coverage. He was also diligent about keeping us in the loop and brokering our payment in a timely manner to satisfy the provider and then an additional follow up to set up our auto pay option to ensure no more issues going forward. Noah, is a true asset to his agency and has firmly gained our trust and confidence.
